Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refund
• Refunds are only applicable in cases of:
• Defective or damaged products (must be reported within 24 hours of delivery).
• Wrong product received (style, size, or color different from order).
• Unfulfilled orders beyond 60 working days from order confirmation.
• Refunds are NOT provided for:
• Change of mind after order placement.
• Delays within the stated production timeline (57–90 working days).
• Incorrect sizing chosen by the customer.
• Items without proper video proof of unboxing.
Required: Unboxing Video
To request a refund, a clear, continuous video of the package being opened from the beginning is mandatory. The video must:
• Show the outer packaging before opening.
• Clearly capture the product issue.
• Be sent to our support team within 24 hours of delivery.
Without this video, refunds and returns cannot be processed.
Damaged or Tampered Packages
If the package is visibly damaged or tampered at the time of delivery, do not accept it. Inform the delivery personnel and contact us immediately to initiate a return.
Processing Refunds
• Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.
• You’ll be notified by email or SMS once the refund has been initiated.

• Refunds are subject to review and approval.
• We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the above terms.
• Always double-check product details and size charts before placing an order.
